SboxSuperuser/Engine/Audit/AuditAction.cs
Internal helper that builds audit records and split intents for audit logging. It constructs an AuditRecord template from given actor, origin, request, command and optional targets/arguments, then creates one or more AuditIntent entries chunking targets in groups of 64 and exposes the readonly list and a method to produce final AuditRecord instances with sequence and outcome.
