Code/HumanoidMocap/Core/Motion/MotionDiagnosticsReport.cs
A record type that aggregates diagnostics for a motion capture sequence. It stores summary statistics (frame count, time range, frame intervals, max observed bone/rotation/root motion metrics) and a list of per-joint diagnostics, and provides two string properties that produce human-readable interpretations and a hand-specific summary.
