HumanoidMocap/Core/Motion/JointTrackDiagnostics.cs
A small data record type used by the HumanoidMocap motion system. It holds diagnostic counts and timing about a single joint track, including bone name, optional role, counts for reconstructed/inferred/IK-generated/unobserved frames, longest missing interval, a list of missing observation intervals, and an authored count.
