Static helpers for the Superuser system that wrap tokenizer, argument parser and syntax builder APIs. Provides three thin methods: TokenizeCommandText, ParseCommandArguments and GetCommandSyntax which forward to CommandTokenizer, CommandArgumentParser and CommandSyntaxBuilder respectively.
