A development-only method that runs on a dedicated server host. It writes a small prefix to a data file at superuser-t01/dedicated/candidate.txt, logs a checkpoint message, waits 60 seconds with a cancellation token, and returns a status string. It also throws if not running on a dedicated host.
// Development method body: kill only this dedicated test process after the checkpoint.
