A test or verification script run in the editor/host that ensures a specific Steam peer can be kicked and that moderation history entries (ban, unban, kick) are recorded. It checks editor and host preconditions, finds the target connection, issues a 'kick' command via SboxSuperuser, verifies the peer disconnected, queries moderation history, and returns a small result object.
