Development script run on an isolated dedicated server to interrupt the durable store checkpoint path for testing. It reads a phase file (candidate or commit), uses reflection to replace an internal WriteCheckpoint delegate with one that logs and delays for 5 minutes when checkpoint paths match the phase, then performs a test write to the store and restores the original delegate in finally.
