Editor/Internal/MatrixTypes/Matrix3x3.Json.cs

A System.Text.Json converter for the Float3x3 type used in the Editor. It reads a Float3x3 either from a single string (parsed) or from a JSON array of nine numbers, and it writes the matrix as a single comma separated string of nine formatted floats.
